Fees once paid will not be REFUNDED under any circumstances.
Yearly fees must be paid with the monthly fees of April.
The School fees cover 12 calendar months. No reduction is made for holidays of broken periods. Admission and other fees are not refunded . Pupils are liable to be charged full fees as long as their names are officially on roll.
Results of the final examination of those who have arrears of fees will be withheld.
Payments are to be made online by logging on to PNB Fee Portal. Kindly pay the fees at the given dates. Once the date lapses you will not get the link.
Fees are collected for two months at a time till the 30th of the respective month. Fees of (April- May)
No cash will be accepted. Those who have difficulties in paying online kindly make Demand Draft in favour of ‘St. Agnes Branch School, Hijli, payable at IIT Kharagpur and clear the school fees on time.
